Pool
and Recreational Center
In order for homeowners to access the Pool, Sport courts, and Clubhouse facilities, a pool fob is needed.
Please see below for additional information regarding the FOBS.
Homeowners will be issued the first key fob for free. Only one fob per address. Replacement fobs will be $25 a piece payable to the HOA. To request a fob please submit your request with the completed waiver to poolwaivers@damctx.com
Party
Room
The
party room at the rec center is available for rental. Read the Rec Center
Rules and Regulations and contact reservations@damctx.com (SOCOMA HOA Members
Only) to inquire about your potential reservation date. You must be a resident of SOCOMA
and be in good standing to rent the party room.
Sport
Courts
The
basketball and tennis courts are open 7am to 7:30pm. Read the court rules
before you go! The rules for issuing court keys changed June
2011. If you have not been issued one of the new keys or you are in need
of a replacement, please contact the manager for an assignment. (There
will be a $50 charge for replacement keys only)
Pool
Pool Hours of Operation: Daily 6am to 10:00pm
Pool season ends October 31, 2025
The Board has worked hard to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all residents—this includes adding a Pool Manager to assist during pool hours. However, please remember that pool use remains “at-risk”—the Pool Manager is not a lifeguard.
We’d like to clarify a few important rules:
Children ages 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
All guests must be signed in by the homeowner.
A $2 fee per guest must be paid at the time of entry (cash only).
